\n\tImplement security controls and threat protection, manage identity and access, and protect data, applications, and networks using Microsoft Cloud Security tools.
\n\tProvide second- and third-line technical support to IT staff and service desk.\u00a0
\n\tResearch and recommend, enhancements to the security posture of the operational environment, based on leading industry practices.
\n\tPerform application deployment, service upgrades and patch management for all environments.
\n\tContribute and complete IT Operational projects as needed.<\/p>\n

\tMonitor service availability and troubleshoot system issues to support the ICT hosting environment and general operations within the FIC.
\n\tSupport and maintain the Business continuity and recovery environments.
\n\tMaintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning.
\n\tDaily service availability monitoring for availability and performance monitoring.<\/p>\n

\tICT relevant qualification -NQF Level 5\u00a0
\n\t2 relevant Microsoft Certified Associate accreditations related to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate and Teams Administrator Associate,\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in System Administration\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 1 years Cloud management experience\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 3 years Windows Server and Active Directory experience\u00a0
