The successful candidate reporting to the Assistant Manager Building and Facilities Maintenance, will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tManage Service Level Agreements (Maintenance and Supply).
\n\tManage contractor procurement Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Shared Services (SSC) processes.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance to relevant statutory and legislative regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), operational standards, policies and practices.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and report possible efficiency enhancements and initiatives to ensure resource savings.\u00a0
\n\tProvide relevant and specialized technical support in area of expertise to relevant stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure implementation of continuous improvement of equipment \/ infrastructure.\u00a0
\n\tManage OPEX and CAPEX budget in relevant area.\u00a0
\n\tProvide input into the development of maintenance planning programme and execution thereof.\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in failure investigation and root cause analysis.\u00a0
\n\tProvide input into business planning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma Building Environment is essential
\n\t1 – 3 years Building\/ Cleaning Environment Operational experience is essential.
\n\tCode B: Motor vehicle license
\n\tIntermediate Computer Literacy: MS Office, eAM\/ Oracle\/ SAP PM<\/p>\n
