\tWe are looking for a talented Warehouse Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Logistics Warehousing Purchasing Department in Johannesburg, South Africa.<\/p>\n

\tFollows all applicable standard work, work instruction\/process documentation and established quality procedures.
\n\tRaises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
\n\tPerforms quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
\n\tIdentifies and controls non-conforming material.<\/p>\n
Delivery<\/p>\n
\tReceive incoming goods, accurately sort, label\/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
\n\tOperates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
\n\tDemonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
\n\tWorks at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.<\/p>\n
Teamwork<\/p>\n
\tCommunicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
\n\tCompletes training in line with business requirements.
\n\tParticipates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
\n\tMaintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
\n\tRemains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
\n\tParticipate in daily and annual warehouse count processes<\/p>\n

\tWarehouse Operations – Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
\n\tRequires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
\n\tStrong Time Management: Consistently report to your work area on time, manage breaks efficiently, and complete tasks within your shift to support smooth operations and team reliability.
\n\tCustomer-Centric Mindset: Build strong internal and external customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality, timely solutions.
\n\tSound Decision-Making Skills: Make timely, well-informed decisions that help maintain workflow, resolve issues quickly, and keep production moving forward.

QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Education\/ Experience<\/p>\n
\tPIV Machinery Licenses required (forklift, order picker and reach truck licenses).
\n\tHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
\n\tRequires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.<\/p>\n
