(5 Why, Stage 1 etc.)<br \/>\n\tReviews emergency works orders and initiate investigations and corrective action<br \/>\n\tCapability to develop and lead cross functional teams to deliver Business needs.<\/p>\n<p>Safety and Hygiene<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsures team compliance with acts and procedures<br \/>\n\tMaintains 5S and housekeeping standards<br \/>\n\tEnsures reporting, investigation, documentation and action of incidents as per the relevant acts and procedures<br \/>\n\tPromotes safety awareness<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with special work permit requirements by own employees and contractors<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with Dust Explosion prevention and management standards<br \/>\n\tAdministration<\/p>\n<p>Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tManages Level 1 &#8211; 2 team goals in Brewing area<br \/>\n\tManages team\u2019s maintenance performance measures<br \/>\n\tConducts individual and team performance reviews and one on ones.
