Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: Grade 12 with 2 years\u2019 experience administration\/secretarial field and a national certificate in office administration.
\n\tDesired: National Diploma in office administration.
\n\tCompetent in using Maximo.
\n\t\u00a0Computer Literate: Microsoft office and 2 years SAP knowledge essential.
\n\tCode 8 Drivers license essential.
\n\tAccurate typing and report writing<\/p>\n
Primary Duties<\/p>\n
\tAdministrative support to the site-doing all staff related administration to the site and vehicles (trip sheets, booking services, loan vehicles etc.)
\n\tAssist in managing schedules, organizing meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and ensuring the office functions smoothly.
\n\tAssist in providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to ensure the manager’s time and resources are used effectively.
\n\tMaintaining office systems, ordering supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
\n\tAssist in generating work orders on Maximo and develop a spreadsheet for tracking the work orders and submission timelines.
\n\tCreate SAP reservations\/Requisitions.
\n\tSubmission of staff time sheets, travel claims and other forms\/documents to the relevant department.
\n\tEnsure all invoices received are signed before being sent to the financial department for payment.
\n\tPerform receptionist duties as required.
\n\tEnsure noticeboards are all up to date.<\/p>\n
