\tApply appropriate sales process to build customer relationships and meet sales target

\n\tEngage customers to understand their needs and guide them in their choice\u00a0
\n\tProvide appropriate solutions through products and services
\n\tIdentify new business opportunities through understanding market trends
\n\tFollow up on sales leads
\n\tLiaise with Department Manager and merchandisers on products that are preferred by customers\u00a0
\n\tMaintain outstanding store condition i.e. layout, cleanness, prices, product availability, visual merchandising standards
\n\tParticipate in the department commercial action plan
\n\tAssist a customer on total project, before, during, and after sales.\u00a0
\n\tPropose a personalized solution, including products and different services (delivery, installation, etc\u2026).
\n\tAutonomous<\/p>\n
Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
\nRequirements\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent\u00a0
\n\tProven experience as a sales consultant (hardware advantageous)
\n\tPassion to serve
