Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Strategic and Seasonal Planning<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and maintain the seasonal factory listing.
\n\tDevelop and manage a three-year capacity projection based on factory expansion capabilities.
\n\tCommunicate seasonal calendars to merchandising planning teams.
\n\tPrepare and present high-level seasonal strategy documents.
\n\tAlign seasonal demand with available capacity using Fast React planning tools.
\n\tMonitor the alignment between seasonal, commitment, and roll-up plans, escalating material variances.
\n\tUpdate seasonal manufacturing period dates in line with business timelines.<\/p>\n
Factory Planning & Execution<\/p>\n
\tUnderstand and implement the CMT manufacturing strategy.
\n\tReview factory production plans to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
\n\tAnalyse cross-factory and brand performance to maximise regional output and delivery performance.
\n\tEnsure CMT factory capacity and capability align with regional demand forecasts.
\n\tActualise and update manufacturing plans based on supply and demand fluctuations.
\n\tLead CMT cost negotiations for both program and replenishment styles.
\n\tManage CMT capability development to meet future business needs.<\/p>\n
Planning Systems & Data Management<\/p>\n
\tReview and validate planning data within Centric; identify and communicate discrepancies.
\n\tMaintain master data within the Fast React system.
\n\tCalculate manufacturing costs and ensure accurate seasonal updates to standard minute rates.
\n\tCompile and distribute key reports, including weekly GAP\/Overruns reports and monthly planning reviews.
\n\tAnalyse detailed data to identify process inefficiencies or risks, lead and manage the process of mitigating the risk.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain strong working relationships with Merchandise, Planning Managers, Key Account Managers, and regional factory teams.
\n\tFacilitate communication and resolution of operational queries from manufacturing partners.
\n\tAgree on strategic CMTs with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing alignment.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tFollow and maintain both existing and new planning and operational processes.
\n\tContinuously seek out, propose, and implement process improvements to support business growth and efficiency.
\n\tSupport ad-hoc planning tasks aligned with evolving business strategies and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Required Skills and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning, preferably in the apparel or textile industry.
\n\tStrong understanding of capacity planning, production scheduling, and CMT operations.
\n\tExperience with planning systems such as Centric and Fast React (or equivalent).
\n\tStrong commercial acumen, including cost negotiations and scenario planning.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (Advantage)
\n\tExperience working across multiple regions or in a global supply chain environment.<\/p>\n
