Key Responsibilities:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCreate electrical technical drawings\u00a0
\n\tReceive and respond to client calls and emails regarding technical issues or inquiries.\u00a0
\n\tAccurately log all client queries in the internal system with relevant details (contact info, nature of issue, urgency).\u00a0
\n\tAssign and escalate tickets to the appropriate technical staff based on category and priority.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor open tickets to ensure timely responses and resolutions, updating clients where necessary.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain a clear and organized record of all communications and actions taken.\u00a0
\n\tLiaise with technical staff to follow up on query status and ensure client expectations are met.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in compiling weekly reports on support activity and unresolved issues.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain a professional and empathetic communication style with clients at all times.\u00a0
\n\tProvide administrative support to the technical department as needed.<\/p>\n

\n\tExperience with technical drawing software and tools<\/p>\n
