Primary Objectives:<\/p>\n
Customer Base<\/p>\n
\tManaging their assigned customer base, building strong relationships
\n\tAssisting with ALL customer enquiries when needed
\n\tContact details to be updated on Customer Base and on ERP system
\n\tManaging the credit limit available and cover where needed.
\n\tEnsure that accounts are current and queries resolved
\n\tSigning up new customers that meet the criteria<\/p>\n
Order Management<\/p>\n
\tAccurately process purchase orders on Rectron\u2019s ERP system, using adequate references for tracking purposes. Read customers request carefully and ensuring that quotes are done quickly and accurately
\n\tKeep client updated on order status
\n\tTimely execution of all email and telephonic enquiries
\n\tEnsure that components processed are correct and compatible
\n\tProactively communicate with resellers if there are any delays in order processing, either due to internal error or delayed ETA\u2019s
\n\tAll back orders must be regularly checked and customers updated on ETA\u2019s
\n\tOrders invoiced to be communicated to Logistics for collection booking
\n\tEnsuring all necessary documents for shipping are in place (depending on destination country requirements)
\n\tTracking of orders \u2013 ensure that orders are collected by courier\/customer timeously
\n\tManage orders on shelf weekly<\/p>\n
Query Management<\/p>\n
\tShould there be any queries on orders by resellers, ensure that queries are raised with the correct department as quickly as possible and then providing all stake holders with the necessary feedback (at the minimum within an hour)<\/p>\n
Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that you stay up to date with the latest products and services available from Rectron.
\n\tOnline training must be up to date and completed when required
\n\tAttending all scheduled internal and external training sessions when needed (During day, after 17:00 or weekends if needed)
\n\tShare knowledge within the team using internal tools
\n\tReach out and ask your peers for assistance as necessary<\/p>\n
Communications<\/p>\n
\tCommunicate in a clear and professional manner both internally and externally
\n\tEnsure that all quotes are responded to within the Rectron SLA time frame
\n\tProactively communicate status updates to resellers, especially in times where there might be a delay in operations
\n\tClear communications with internal customers (Business Admin\/Warehouse\/Logistics\/Despatch\/Accounts\/Product Managers)
\n\tProactive keep your manager up to date with regards to pipeline order numbers on key deals during the month<\/p>\n
Back-up person<\/p>\n
\tNominate a backup for when you are not in the office. You need to ensure that your back up can perform your day to day tasks to an adequate level to ensure a good customer service experience
\n\tAttend Rectron Trade Exhibits when required<\/p>\n
Education\/Qualification<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: Matric or higher education preferably Sales\/IT qualification<\/p>\n
Experience (experience required for the job)<\/p>\n
\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in a IT sales environment
\n\tProficiency in using Microsoft suite applications
\n\tRelevant brand knowledge and excellent communication engagement.
\n\tBusiness acumen refers to a high level of alertness to the business landscape
\n\tStrong customer relationships
\n\tSelf-motivated and driven to go beyond the sales targets given<\/p>\n
