\tSplit your day 50\u2009\/\u200950 between personal lead generation and team leadership.
\n\tLead, support, and motivate a team of field agents to achieve lead generation goals and company targets.
\n\tConduct daily stand-ups and debriefs to align team efforts and share updates or challenges.
\n\tMonitor team performance in real time and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback.
\n\tEnsure all team members adhere to data privacy regulations and brand standards.
\n\tManage daily reporting of team performance, attendance, and operational feedback to Operations.
\n\tCoordinate logistics such as territory planning, resource needs, and business unit materials.
\n\tIdentify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance team productivity and engagement.
\n\tMentor rising stars, coach under-performers, and run daily refresh sessions on objection handling & new product hooks.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12).
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience leading face-to-face sales or field teams.
\n\tValid driver’s license and PDP advantageous
\n\tDemonstrable success in meeting personal and team performance targets.
\n\tClear criminal and credit record
\n\tPrevious exposure to call centres or insurance is a plus\u2014full training is provided.<\/p>\n
