What you\u2019ll do:<\/p>\n
UX Design & Strategy<\/p>\n
\tConduct customer research and develop user journey maps to uncover key pain points and opportunities.
\n\tAdvocate for customer needs through collaborative workshops and design reviews.
\n\tTranslate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that improve ease-of-use and clarity for customers.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and user needs.<\/p>\n
UI Design<\/p>\n
\tDesign intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for websites, customer portals, digital nurturing journeys (e.g. abandon cart to quote, quote to sale) and other customer communication journeys and communications.
\n\tDeliver responsive layouts optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
\n\tDevelop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components to ensure brand consistency.
\n\tCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.<\/p>\n
Digital Asset Design<\/p>\n
\tWordPress website \u2013 both the initial design and ongoing enhancements.
\n\tDigital nurturing journeys in HubSpot.
\n\tDesign high-performing landing pages, email layouts, banners, and marketing assets to support acquisition and retention campaigns.
\n\tSupport CRO and A\/B testing efforts by creating test variations and evaluating performance outcomes.<\/p>\n
General<\/p>\n
\tCompletion of user journey maps and wireframes within project timelines.
\n\tConsistent design system usage across digital platforms.
\n\tCompliance with all relevant Pacific Policies and Procedures, including specific role level responsibilities.
\n\tCarry out other duties that are within the limit\u2019s skills, competence, training and\/or experience as deemed necessary for the successful operation of the organisation.
\n\tGeneral design skills, to assist with adhoc graphic design requirements.<\/p>\n
What we\u2019re looking for<\/p>\n
\tDegree or diploma in design.
\n\t3+ years\u2019 experience in a UX & UI role, ideally for consumer-facing brands.
\n\tProven experience designing WordPress websites.
\n\tExperience designing within HubSpot Marketing Hub, or similar.
\n\tProficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.
\n\tStrong knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems.
\n\tBonus: Experience with HTML\/CSS and A\/B testing strategies.<\/p>\n
