Core Description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for providing administrative support to the Logistics and Warehousing team by assigning and processing the GR requests that are sent to the central mailbox.<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tCollaborating with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.
\n\tReceiving shipments and signing paperwork upon receipt.
\n\tContacting buyers if any mistakes are identified.
\n\tEnsuring invoices and delivery notes are signed and all requests adhere to the minimum requirements prior to processing the GR\u2019s.
\n\tCapturing stocktake count sheets on the ERP system.
\n\tPerform general warehouse functions including stocktakes, housekeeping and Goods receipt on ERP system.<\/p>\n

Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative role in a logistics environment.<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tProfessional Memberships in Relevant Industry<\/p>\n
Level of Engagement & Span of Control<\/p>\n
\tEngagement will all levels within the organisation.<\/p>\n
