Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tA PhD or Master\u2019s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical\/Electronic Engineering.
\n\tAt least 3-year lecturing experience in Higher Education.<\/p>\n
Desirable requirements:<\/p>\n
\tExperienced in languages and platforms such as, C#, Java, MySQL, Python, PHP and AWS\/Azure.
\n\tAbility to mentor individual and groups of students as they develop software solutions for mobile applications, web, virtual, cloud or network-based environments.
\n\tPhD in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR at an advanced stage of completion of PhD.
\n\tCandidates must demonstrate scholarship of teaching.
\n\tActive participation in professional, industry and or community activities.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Summary of Duties:<\/p>\n
\tLecturing (both face to face and online)
\n\tAssessment marking and development, and maintaining high level of quality in terms of feedback and evaluation processes
\n\tPublication and ongoing research
\n\tInnovate in terms of teaching practice, support, and assessment
\n\tWorking with colleagues to advise and support students
\n\tParticipation in engagement and collaborative projects in the Department
\n\tUndertake administration and other duties assigned by the Head of Department<\/p>\n
