\tRPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Clinical Application Support Specialist to join their team in Kroonstad, Free State.
\n\tThis role plays a key part in supporting clinical staff with digital tools and enhancing patient care through efficient system usage.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide support for electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
\n\tDeliver system training, coaching, and mentoring to end users.
\n\tOversee clinical-related workflows and offer guidance.
\n\tLead or supervise teams in a healthcare setting.
\n\tCollaborate with clinical teams to optimize technology usage.
\n\tTroubleshoot system-related issues and escalate when necessary.
\n\tAssist in testing and validating software updates or changes.
\n\tContribute to the development of training materials and documentation.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tCurrent registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a registered\/professional nurse (NQF level 7), or equivalent qualification in pharmaceutical sciences or emergency medical care.
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 clinical experience in a private healthcare environment.
\n\tCurrently practicing in direct patient care for 2\u20133 years.
\n\tExperience as a shift leader or supervisor.
\n\tWorking knowledge of EMR systems.
\n\tPrevious experience in a specialist unit.<\/p>\n
