The purpose of the Rental Administrator (Maternity REliever – contract position) will be responsible for receiving, communicating, and keeping record of all customer requests for renting of Arjo products. Providing support and communicating with external customers (Public and Private Hospitals, long-term care facilities and Private customers) as well as internal department (Rental Operations, Billing and Finance team, Sales Managers and Customer Relationships Representatives).<\/p>\n
Key Duties and Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Call Administration and data capturing:<\/p>\n
\tDaily receipt of requests from customers via Calls, Whatsapp and Emails
\n\tCapturing all the relevant request information on our data capturing system
\n\tAssisting customers with, and providing feedback on customer queries<\/p>\n
Process Management:<\/p>\n
\tWorking closely with the Rental technicians and regional supervisors for completion of requests
\n\tCommunication of all requests to Rental Technicians
\n\tContinuous follow up with Rental Technicians on completion of customer requests
\n\tEscalation of requests not yet completed to the relevant departments
\n\tCompletion of the call request records with all the relevant completion details provided by the Rental technicians
\n\tFilling and recordkeeping of all documentation<\/p>\n
Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tDaily, weekly and monthly\u00a0
\n\tProviding accurate information upon request by Sales and Operations managers
\n\tReporting using Dashboards in MS Office<\/p>\n
Knowledge\/Skills\/Experience:<\/p>\n
\tEach organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented.
\n\t2 \u2013 3 years in a similar position (Customer Service or Data Administration roles)
\n\tDegree\/Diploma in Business Management\/Administration\/Supply Chain Management will be beneficial
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office\u00a0
\n\tExperience with data capturing systems beneficial
\n\tGreat communication skills (Verbal and written)<\/p>\n
