Description of the role and purpose of the job:<\/p>\n
\tThe purpose of this role is to assist in the coordination and management of the delivery of world class graduate services to ensure that KPMG recruits a diverse pool of graduate talent to meet the changing needs of its business.
\n\tReporting to the Graduate Recruitment Supervisor, the Recruitment officer will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations, administration of the graduate programmes and co-ordination of regional graduate recruitment activity.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPlanning and attendance of various graduate recruitment initiatives as part of attracting students to the KPMG graduate programme.
\n\tFrom time to time , preparing presentations and presenting these at the relevant graduate events.
\n\tInspect applications received through the relevant HR system, email or CV drop offs to ensure if minimum criteria are met
\n\tScreening candidate\u2019s applications for Audit and Advisory and inviting candidates for assessments and interviews. Meeting the relevant targets set in this regard.
\n\tInviting successful candidates for Assessments\/Interviews
\n\tCommunication via phone or email with successful and unsuccessful candidates
\n\tPreparing all relevant documentation, including the Training Contract for review by Senior staff members before contract is signed by the recruited graduate.
\n\tManaging ad hoc graduate recruitment programmes such as vacation work programmes
\n\tManaging marketing elements for recruitment purposes
\n\tAssisting in the preparation of reports on graduate recruitment targets including in the preparation of reports to senior staff members.<\/p>\n
Skills and attributes required for the role:<\/p>\n
\tGood communications skills, both orally and in writing
\n\tGood presentation skills
\n\tAble to prioritize effectively and accept responsibility
\n\tGood team player
\n\tAbility to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
\n\tProficient in using MS Office applications, including MS Excel and MS Team.
\n\tProactive
\n\tProfessional work ethic and integrity<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience):<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years\u2019 experience working in an HR\/Recruitment role or client-service role delivering a professional recruitment service to a demanding client base.
\n\tGraduate recruitment background
\n\tExperience in an internal\/ in house recruitment will be preferred
\n\tHR\/Relevant tertiary qualification
\n\tOwn transport essential<\/p>\n
