A vacancy exists in the Fleet Sales Department, which forms part of the Vehicle Sales Division and is based in Durban. This position will focus on KINTO SMME fleet sales and related business development.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tEstablish and increase the dealer fleet market share within the region.
\n\tSupport dealers to develop a clearly defined process to effectively maximise full-service leasing to fleet SMME customers.
\n\tManage forecasts, targets, and dealer stock pipeline.
\n\tBuild and retain relationships with fleet customers.
\n\tDrive adoption of digital tools to provide a value offering.
\n\tCross functional collaboration with strategic teams to provide alignment across the fleet strategy and ensure implementation.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 6 \u2013 (360 credits \u2013 8 level framework) BCom \/related\u00a0
\n\tExperience \/ exposure in marketing, sales, and dealer business environment (min 2-5 years)\u00a0
\n\tPC Literacy (MS Office package – advanced, SAP, e-Toyota)\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills (Verbal and written)<\/p>\n
