Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide high-level virtual support to senior stakeholders based in the Netherlands.
\n\tIndependently organize and perform secretarial and administrative tasks for internal clients, ensuring alignment with the Management Support Service Catalog.
\n\tProactively manage schedules, meetings, and priorities.
\n\tBuild trust through clear communication and a strong understanding of stakeholder needs.
\n\tSupport projects and help drive business outcomes with a strategic mindset.
\n\tActively maintain relationships with various internal clients to understand and professionally support them with secretarial and administrative work.
\n\tEstablish and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders at external Deloitte clients, to whom internal clients provide services.
\n\tCoordinate complex tasks, either independently or as part of a team, in consultation with and\/or following the instructions of internal clients.
\n\tManage, maintain, and safeguard systems, guidelines, or processes.
\n\tIdentify areas for improvement and proactively provide suggestions for enhancement, acting upon them in consultation with the Team Lead.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProfessional and intellectual ability at senior vocational education level.
\n\t4\u20138 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (virtual experience a plus).
\n\tQualifications in project management will be an advantage.
\n\tA genuine understanding of stakeholder engagement and how to add value.
\n\tA proactive attitude \u2014 you anticipate, act, and solve before being asked.
\n\tAn interest in business, strategy, and continuous learning.
\n\tStrong focus on collaboration and effective communication at various levels, both internally and externally.
\n\tExcellent command of English.<\/p>\n
