Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Reporting & Data Processing Specialist to join our internal operations team. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions, processing complex datasets, and supporting internal stakeholders in delivering high-quality insights to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong data handling skills, experience with reporting platforms and statistical software, and a collaborative mindset.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Internal Reporting Solutions:<\/p>\n
\tCapture internal reporting requirements and design solutions using NielsenIQ-approved platforms.
\n\tSupport internal teams with, report maintenance, and development.
\n\tDeliver and document recurring and ad hoc reporting projects to ensure consistency and accuracy.
\n\tImprove reporting efficiency through automation, auditing, and decommissioning of outdated reports.
\n\tProvide report specifications to the Reporting team and validate outputs before delivery to client-facing teams.
\n\tEnsure workload and capacity are balanced to meet internal service level agreements (SLAs).<\/p>\n
Data Processing & Analytics:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver specialist data services including data processing, analytics, and data entry.
\n\tCollaborate with the data processing team and other departments to support a wide range of internal projects.
\n\tClean, code, and convert data into usable format in SPSS.
\n\tPerform data cleaning, editing, recoding, weighting, and statistical testing.
\n\tReview tab specifications for logic, consistency, and feasibility.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of experience in data processing, reporting, or analytics within a research or data-driven environment.
\n\tProficiency in SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint
\n\tExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Quantum, R, Python, or VBA) is a plus.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in survey data processing and statistical analysis.
\n\tFamiliarity with market research methodologies and syndicated data.
\n\tProject management or client service experience is advantageous.<\/p>\n
