Description<\/p>\n
\tProvide administrative support to the RPA and Airworthiness Specialist in their daily duties and responsibilities;
\n\tResponsible for reviewing and accurately updating FlySafair systems; – Maintain the register for all Contracts and verify the validity of such Contracts;
\n\tEnsure all maintenance records are kept as required by the regulatory authority;
\n\tMonitor validity of Certificates of Airworthiness, Radio Licences, CRS, RVSM, etc and make necessary applications;
\n\tBe the first point of contact for the team, fielding telephone calls and taking messages;
\n\tAssist the Airworthiness Specialist in preparing new sections or revisions to existing Technical Publications;
\n\tPopulate monthly technical reports;
\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with Regulatory authorities.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent (Essential);
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in Aviation, specifically in the Maintenance environment (Essential);
\n\tRelevant Diploma or Degree (Advantageous)
\n\tGood understanding of the CAA regulations;
\n\tProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (word, Excel and Outlook);
\n\tExcellent communication skills.<\/p>\n
