\n\tArrange for documents to be picked up by client.
\n\tProcess the settlement on Imal and request for funds to be transferred from BSA and obtain Lexis Nexis and then supervisor to review and Manager to approve.
\n\tSend invoice and Swift payment message to the client.<\/p>\n
Bills for collection (Import)<\/p>\n
\tReceives Import Bills for Collection original documents
\n\tReviews information for completeness and accuracy with the assistance of Supervisor.
\n\tForward copies of documents to client and request application forms
\n\tLoads transactions on IMAL for Supervisor for sign-off and review ensuring compliance with International Banking practices, Shariah, ABL\u2019s Credit Policies and Exchange Control regulations;
\n\tArrange for documents to be picked up by client.
\n\t\u00a0Process the settlement on Imal and request for funds to be transferred from BSA and obtain Lexis Nexis and then supervisor to review and Manager to approve.
\n\tSend invoice and Swift payment message to the client.
\n\t\u00a0Foreign Non-documentary Transactions (Telegraphic transfers)
\n\tOutward Telegraphic Transfers (Import)
\n\tReceives Payment Request and Proforma\/Commercial Invoice;
\n\tReviews information for completeness and accuracy;
\n\tOfficer will check for availability of funds in clients account.
\n\tDocuments are then sent to excon, once approved documents are then emailed to the dealing room to book the rate of exchange. the dealer confirms rate of exchange rate on sale of Currency with client or completes FEC as appropriate
\n\tDocuments saved on F drive International Banking with all correspondence emails. Payment is then captured on Imal for sign-off and review by supervisor, ensuring compliance with International Banking practices, Shariah, ABL\u2019s Credit Policies and Exchange Control regulations.
\n\tTemplates to be emailed to BSA to move funds to WTA account\u00a0and obtain Lexis Nexis and then supervisor approves.
\n\tSend Tax invoice and Swift payment message to the client.
\n\tForeign Non-Documentary (Telegraphic Transfers) (TTI)
\n\tReceives payment via swift verify banking details sends the client an application form with supporting documents, documents are then emailed to EXCON , once the approved documents are then emailed to the dealing room to book the deal.
\n\tDocuments saved on F drive International Banking with all correspondence emails.
\n\tPayment captured on IMal, templates to be emailed to BSA.
\n\tObtain Lexis Nexis and then supervisor to review and approve
\n\tSend inward payment\u00a0advice to the client<\/p>\n
