\tAccountable for coordinating and executing land tour programs and events
\n\tSupport the administrative preparation and management of travel files, ensuring effective operations and quality control measures
\n\tMust be available to travel with groups and assist with on-site coordination
\n\tWork closely with the Groups & Incentives Reservations Manager and Operations Manager to maintain a strong commercial focus, ensuring all files are profitable and margins remain in line with &Beyond guidelines
\n\tProvide proactive support to the Group\u2019s and Incentive\u2019s team
\n\tMaintain good relationships with partners and monitor adherence to service level standards by suppliers
\n\tSupport and communication with accounts teams to ensure debtors are collected timeously and inform management of any potential bad debt
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date information on all confirmed services
\n\tAssist with preparations of all travel documentation and operating schedules ensuring prompt delivery
\n\tEnsure compliance with country travel restrictions in the administration, planning, and execution of traveling groups.
\n\tProvide recommendations to Operations Manager and Groups Reservations Manager to improve guest experiences and customer service
\n\tEnsure all client and\/or guest complaints are forwarded to Operations Manager and Groups Reservations Manager to be replied to immediately and follow process
\n\tBe on call for any major emergencies and immediately alert the client and Regional Touring Manager
\n\tAssisting with special projects and any other duties as assigned by Management<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tIn-depth knowledge of the tourism industry, including travel industry channels, current trends, destination management, and customer expectations
\n\tGood understanding of terms and conditions, markets in which andBeyond operates in,product knowledge, third party and andBeyond Product destinations
\n\tRelevant understanding of Business to create and formulate a strategy and make\u00a0commercial decisions.

Mnemba Island Marine Conservation Area In 2005, &Beyond worked with the Zanzibar Department of Fisheries and members of local Zanzibari fishing communities to form the Mnemba Island Marine Conservation Area (MIMCA). Green turtle monitoring project Staff at &Beyond Mnemba Island are involved in a regional tagging programme that monitors the movements of the globally endangered green turtles. Ader\u2019s duiker and suni Breeding projects for the rare Ader\u2019s duiker and endangered suni are being run at &Beyond Mnemba Island, with the population of Ader\u2019s duiker tripling in eight years and more than 250 suni relocated off the island. Rhinos Without Border In 2011 &Beyond embarked on the first ever private game reserve donation of rhino to another country, when we translocated six white rhino from &Beyond Phinda Private Game Reserve in South Africa to Botswana\u2019s Okavango Delta.
