Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDiary Management for Partners\u00a0
\n\tSetting up of meetings and minute taking
\n\tCompletion of time and expense claims for Partners
\n\tTravel bookings \u2013 flights, accommodation, and car hire (local and international)
\n\tCompilation and typing of proposals, presentations, and general correspondence
\n\tOther ad hoc personal tasks for the directors
\n\tCo-ordinate team events\/ meetings\/Provide administrative support to Associate Directors\/Senior Managers and Managers within the Banking teams<\/p>\n
Operations Support<\/p>\n
\tDownloading of engagement risk reports for the team – circulating and attending to queries raised
\n\tRunning of Job Costing reports for the line of service leader and providing any other information as required
\n\tCombine report month end and present to Management
\n\tSend out YTD utilization report month end
\n\tAttending resource requests from other offices \u2013 eg. Stock count requests
\n\tResolving conflicts on jobs from Talent Link perspective
\n\tRunning of Reports pertaining to Talent link:
\n\tProvide some admin support to AD\u2019s
\n\tMeet and orientate new joiners to the firm and to the team
\n\tProcess contractors invoices (submit time on Oracle, complete requisition and send to finance for payment)
\n\tClient Billing requests when required to
\n\tCredit notes when required to
\n\tEnsure payments are made for membership and training fees<\/p>\n
