\n\tGood with numbers, budgeting, and planning

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Budgeting & Forecasting<\/p>\n
\tCompile and manage the annual uniform budget.
\n\tMonitor spend by store and enforce policy allocations.<\/p>\n
Order & Dispatch Management<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate uniform and protective clothing orders for all sites, including new stores, ad hoc staff, and replacements.
\n\tEnsure timeous dispatch and delivery, reconciling stock on hand against minimum thresholds.
\n\tTrain Regional Trainers and Admin Managers on uniform ordering processes.<\/p>\n
Supplier Liaison & Pricing<\/p>\n
\tHandle queries with suppliers (short deliveries, back orders, delivery timelines).
\n\tNegotiate pricing and ensure compliance with Boxer procurement policies.<\/p>\n
Invoicing & Reconciliation<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and submit detailed invoices for internal deduction or supplier payments.
\n\tTrack and resolve variances, and ensure correct approvals and documentation.<\/p>\n
Query Resolution<\/p>\n
\tAddress internal queries regarding uniform supply, costs, deliveries, and policy.
\n\tInvestigate salary deductions and short supply complaints.<\/p>\n
Team Supervision<\/p>\n
\tOversee day-to-day team activities, including leave management and task tracking.
\n\tEnsure high morale and KPI delivery.<\/p>\n
