\n\tTo effectively manage and minimise HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:
\n\tCompliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirements\u00a0
\n\tPromotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
\n\tThat HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility ensure that only contractors with valid contracts are used, including Total Group ICC policy compliance<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tEnsure Sales & Marketing adhere to the agreed Maintenance process.
\n\tEnsure Annual Site visit is conducted with Territory Manager for each Service Station.
\n\tEnsure that all site non-conformance are reported to Retail Maintenance Manager within 24hrs
\n\tOwn a commanding understanding of the Evarisk \/ Invariant standards for Sales& Marketing.
\n\tPresent your regional performance at the Monthly Maintenance Business review Meeting:
\n\tNumber of NFT done \/ Number of station
\n\tTop 10 flop sites action plan per your allocated region
\n\tPreventative Maintenance Status (number of sites completed per Group \/ number of Station)
\n\tAllocated Project Status\u00a0<\/p>\n
Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tEnsures preventive maintenance is carried out as per set schedules.
\n\tReview Preventative Maintenance reports on Daisy WW and take corrective actions
\n\tDevelop and drive the Pump replacement project in your respective region.
\n\tEnsure that all contractors\u2019 performance is measured against the contracts on a monthly basis.
\n\tEnsure that the maintenance Policy, Procedure and Processes are adhered to.
\n\tEnsure the effectiveness of the Maintenance strategy is monitored and reviewed frequently (Preventative Maintenance).
\n\tEnsure Contractors adhere to the NEMO contract (PM and CM).
\n\tEnsure improvement plan for your respective NEMO Group is conducted.
\n\tConducts quaterly random audits and quality inspections of maintenance work to ensure compliance to standards.\u00a0
\n\tAnticipates the replacement of obsolete equipment in order to promote a preventative maintenance approach (maintenance investments).
\n\tEnsures the overall follow-up and treatment of work requests (curatives) in terms of quality and delay (compliance with SLAs).
\n\tAdapts the maintenance according to the segmentation and the nature of the activities (fuel distribution, washing, shop, …)
\n\tFollows on monthly basis the budgetary expenditure in relation with the management control to anticipate \/ justify possible deviations.
\n\tCarries out an Annual Technical Visit (ATV) in collaboration with the Territory Manager and the tenant\u00a0<\/p>\n
Customer Service\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that all maintenance is completed as per the agreed time frames.
\n\tEnsure that accurate costing is submitted to business within the agreed time.
\n\tEnsure that you meet with business once a month to keep them up to date on their maintenance programs.
\n\tAttend and present at the Sales Manager Monthly meetings.<\/p>\n
Maintenance Projects<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that you have full control over all projects in your project portfolio by following the Total engineering project procedure.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that your entire projects are completed on time by creating and managing project programs for all allocated projects.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that all your projects are completed within budget by managing your project financials.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that the contractors, Project managers, Consultants, architects and equipment suppliers adhere to their performance<\/p>\n
Candidate Profile<\/p>\n
As a Technical Field Engineer, you would possess the following:<\/p>\n
\tQualification: S4 or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
\n\t2 \u2013 3 year experience in petroleum engineering
\n\tSound experience in the Engineering, Construction and Maintenance
\n\tHigh level of autonomy and problem-solving skills,
\n\tReal capability to manage the workload and efficiency in the work done,
\n\tProactive and available at any time,
\n\tClear and concise written and verbal communication,
\n\tAbility to work within a team made of customers, purchasers, head-office organization.
\n\tSound Knowledge of the local legislations, group and International Standards in relation to the oil industry
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
