Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAttend quarterly board meetings and committee\u00a0meetings
\n\tReview and approve financial reports and\u00a0budgets
\n\tParticipate in annual strategic planning and goal\u00a0setting
\n\tAdvise on matters related to NACOSA\u2019s\u00a0activities
\n\tContribute to the fundraising and sustainability of\u00a0NACOSA
\n\tRepresent NACOSA at public events and\u00a0meetings<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience at a board and\/or Executive level in the following fields of either Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Development and\/or\u00a0Finance
\n\tPrior leadership and strategic roles in similar\u00a0organisations
\n\tExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and\u00a0networks
\n\tA demonstrated commitment to NACOSA\u2019s mission and\u00a0values
\n\tFundraising\u00a0experience<\/p>\n
