Job Role:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintain, grow and enhance good relations with existing Flash clients so as to properly manage internal accounts as well as be responsible for all administration related to the accounts..<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage development & growth of the assigned existing accounts.
\n\tManage multiple accounts and maximize each account in line with business objectives and requirements.
\n\tEnsuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
\n\tActively monitor progress of account and feedback to the business.
\n\tDrive sales by introducing Flash products to existing accounts.
\n\tOperate as the lead contact point for all matters specific to assigned account \u2013 assist with high severity issues or issue escalations when required.
\n\tCollaborate with internal resources to ensure execution and delivery of account requirements and objectives.
\n\tMonthly forecasting, allocations and reporting.
\n\tAdministration of proposals and performance reports.
\n\tDevelop, implement and track growth strategies.
\n\tManage marketing activities and manage internal flow processes.
\n\tEnsure a thorough understanding of the various Flash product agreements, including commercials and all amendments, as well as the operating procedures and ensure compliance in all aspects with the assigned national account portfolio.
\n\tBuild and maintain professional relationship with business partners and all internal stakeholders.
\n\tIncrease brand presence continuously by growing the Flash products through influence at traders and on customer level within the assigned account portfolio.
\n\tProvide input into innovative promotional planning with assigned national account portfolio and assist with achieving targets.
\n\tCollect and collate competitor information, generating information and provide feedback and recommendations to stakeholders.
\n\tMediate resolution of escalated queries within the assigned portfolio of accounts.
\n\tMaintain self-development and knowledge in all required areas.
\n\tDemonstrate proficiency on all required systems and access of information pertaining to account management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t2 – 5 years\u2019 key accounts management experience.
\n\tRelevant Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own transport.
\n\tExperience with managing cross-boarder accounts.
\n\tExposure to managing finance, specifically budgeting<\/p>\n
