Input of Investment Performance Data<\/p>\n
\tEnsure portfolio codes are linked to Portfolio Manager, Asset Manager and Revolution Aggregates.
\n\tEnsure aggregates are updated in Revolution.
\n\tEnsure all benchmark weights and returns have been updated for the current period.
\n\tMaintain aggregate accounts and composite benchmarks.
\n\tMonitor the accuracy of all cashflows and exposure data entered the system.
\n\tConducts data gathering and analysis, fees, constituent benchmark data, corporate actions, and other market data.<\/p>\n
Performance Measurement Calculations and analysis<\/p>\n
\tRun Investment Performance returns and analyse results.
\n\tConduct portfolio and fund-level analysis returns and exposure analysis using Revolution (prior knowledge of Revolution (prior knowledge of StatPro advantageous) advantageous).
\n\tValidation of computed returns across various portfolios.
\n\tApplication of operational controls.
\n\tPerform internal returns reconciliations against external manager returns.
\n\tAssist in the onboarding of new investments, consultation with the Investment team to understand key investment properties and benchmark requirements.
\n\tPrepare the monthly performance Fund Fact Sheet.
\n\tPrepare and distribute quarterly Investment Reports (Portfolio level and Consolidated level).<\/p>\n
Support in the administration of performance reporting<\/p>\n
\tPerform price validation checks on prices provided by third parties and investigate stale prices.
\n\tReview Daily Investment report and provide commentary on daily market movements.
\n\tAssist in ad-hoc internal valuations and performance measurements for internal purposes.<\/p>\n
Support Portfolio Managers<\/p>\n
\tReceive Asset Manager Investment report and reconcile all movements.
\n\tCarry out research and additional analysis as and when required.
\n\tSupport Performance and Attribution Analyst in running monthly performance attribution reports.
\n\tCreate ad-hoc reports in response to new business requirements.
\n\tInput into the daily market value report by incorporating benchmark data.<\/p>\n
Support the Investment Administration team with projects and initiatives as required<\/p>\n
\tAssists with preparation of various internal and external audit schedules.
\n\tParticipates in strategic projects as and when required.
\n\tAssist Internal Passive Managers in portfolio rebalancing and monitoring.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION\/TRAINING<\/p>\n
\tRelevant bachelor\u2019s degree essential and CIPM qualification would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years job-related experience.<\/p>\n
