PURPOSE OF THE JOB\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManages the Services Engineering activities in a Region \/ Country \/ Project<\/p>\n
Key accountabilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManages Project engineering resources.
\n\tCreates the engineering strategy.
\n\tProduces the technical development plan and the engineering work breakdown.
\n\tMonitors progress of engineering studies and Q,C,D achievements.
\n\tSupports the implementation and update of engineering risks mitigation plan.
\n\tMaintains and develops engineering skills and competencies (leveraging with WCE).
\n\tCollaborate with Services Engineering and Platforms to improve Services portfolio of products and services.
\n\tParticipates actively in the Services Engineering network.
\n\tOwns the Configuration and Design Change Management and Engineering Management Processes.
\n\tManages the technical performances of the systems and provide REX to relevant Services Platform.
\n\tSupports cost reduction actions, with Sourcing and Industrial.
\n\tDetects, defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.
\n\tProposes innovative solutions and develops and implements R&D programs and new technologies in the maintenance project.
\n\tSupports the Product Safety management system ensuring safety risks are mitigated in a timely manner.
\n\tManages Obsolescence Plan.
\n\tCaptures and ensures ownership of regulations and standards to be applied.
\n\tInterfaces with the stakeholders in the Certification processes.
\n\tIs responsible for QCD targets on the department.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Educational Requirements
\nMandatory:<\/p>\n
\tUniversity degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0
\nMandatory:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years of experience in Railways system\/Application engineering
\n\tKnowledge of rolling stock equipment
\n\tKnowledge of rolling stock maintenance
\n\tWorking knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment
\n\tProficient in the use of MS Office, SAP, BI\/BO<\/p>\n
