Purpose Statement<\/p>\n
\tThe level II Software Engineer plays an integral part in a cross-functional team dedicated to the full software development lifecycle, from concept, to development to deployment and ultimately operating of each product. At this level, Software Engineers are responsible to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software systems and applications based on specifications, while adhering to established standards. They translate requirements from the business or technical analyst and actively participate with the delivery team in design and problem-solving.
\n\tThe Front-end Software Engineer plays a crucial role in building solutions that create great client experiences for mobile and web applications. They are responsible for translating design mockups into interactive and user-friendly interfaces, with a focus on intuitive user experiences.<\/p>\n
Education (Minimum)<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 National Certificate \/ Vocational<\/p>\n
Education (Ideal or Preferred)<\/p>\n
\tA relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Experience
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
\t3+ years\u2019 proven experience in front-end software development, project delivery and implementation (in relevant development technologies\/language)
\n\tExperience with modern front-end frameworks and technologies.<\/p>\n

\tIT systems development processes (SDLC)
\n\tApplication development
\n\tAdvanced programming concepts
