Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAdministrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.
\n\tPricing Management: Help with updating and maintaining pricing databases for grocery products, ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments.
\n\tCustomer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or app support.
\n\tApp Testing & UAT Management: Assist with testing the company\u2019s app, ensuring all features work as intended by executing test cases, logging issues, and verifying fixes in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments.<\/p>\n
Vendor Management:<\/p>\n
\tManage relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
\n\tOversee stock levels and coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory availability.
\n\tProvide back-end support for vendor onboarding, contract management, and performance tracking.
\n\tReporting: Help with generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights based on operational and vendor data.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
\tPrior experience in administrative or operations roles (preferably in retail or fintech) advantageous.
\n\tGood customer service
\n\tBasic understanding of app testing and UAT (training can be provided if necessary).
\n\tExperience in vendor management, stock control, or inventory management is a plus.
\n\tForeign exchange knowledge<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.
\n\tExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
\n\tAbility to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently.<\/p>\n
Nice-to-Have:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in fintech or retail.
\n\tFamiliarity with pricing models in retail and inventory management systems.<\/p>\n
