Credit and Risk Management<\/p>\n
\tUnderstand group credit policy and actively support Relationship Managers in structuring and presenting credit transactions to relevant credit committees.
\n\tManage credit maintenance requirements to comply with credit policy and procedures.
\n\tUnderstand and manage risk and risk events and assist in implementing quick and decisive controls to manage and mitigate risks
\n\tCentral Bank Audit Report (min of a Moderate risk rating) -3%<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
Educational Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tTypically, a minimum of a Grade 12 or equivalent.
\n\tA financial FAIS accredited qualification such as a degree in finance, economics, or business is preferred.
\n\tMust have RE1 and RE5<\/p>\n
FAIS Compliance:<\/p>\n
Must be registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and<\/p>\n
\thold the necessary FAIS qualifications (e.g., RE exams, Fit & Proper
\n\trequirements).<\/p>\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 year\u2019s regional\/provincial business banking team management in the relevant segments in the business banking environment.
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience as Business Banker with a portfolio in the relevant business segment customer portfolios
\n\tExperience in the financial \/ banking sector highly desirable<\/p>\n
