\tSupport the clients with queries that staff are unable to resolve.
\n\tAssist with testing of the templates when required.
\n\tLook at areas of risk within the systems.<\/p>\n
Vivere Support\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupport the clients with level 2 queries.
\n\tSystem training for staff and clients.
\n\tAccess management for staff.
\n\tMonitor the back-end system to ensure operational efficiencies.<\/p>\n
Business Analyst Support<\/p>\n
\tManages and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
\n\tDefines and elaborates user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
\n\tEngages with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
\n\tBalances competing priorities and negotiates trade-offs to maximize product value.
\n\tIdentifies opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
\n\tCollaborates with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business needs.
\n\tFacilitates communication between business users and technical teams to address any discrepancies.
\n\tActs as a liaison between business stakeholders and Development.
\n\tManaging the digital banking support group.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in, Information Technology, or related field.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t4-5 years of experience in business analysis within the banking industry.
\n\tExperience with project management and software development methodologies<\/p>\n
