Description<\/p>\n
\tTo support the Corporate and Activations Managers, Area and Branch Managers with planning, implementing, managing and measuring predetermined relationship building and employee engagement activities.
\n\tProvide support to the relationship and activations manager, Plan, co-ordination and implementation of effective activations, financial wellness days and on-site representation; in alignment and\/or conjunction with the BMC team and other key stakeholders to promote Bayport\u2019s offerings and products.
\n\tProvide support to the Corporate relationship and Area managers to ensure corporate activations are planned and executed in line with the corporate engagement plan and strategy and brand standards.
\n\tCo-ordinate the deployment of marketing merchandise and other collateral to ensure proper corporate onsite activation presence and engagement.
\n\tDevelop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders that support and enable the delivery of the role requirements.<\/p>\n
EDUCATION<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tMatric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification<\/p>\n
DESIRED\/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Credit Management \/Business Management \/Marketing Management \/ T2 \/ NQF level 6 or relevant experience<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t2 year’s experience in relationship management or key account management role
\n\t4 years financial services industry experience
\n\tMust have a valid Code 8 Drivers Licence
\n\tMust be willing to work flexible hours and to travel<\/p>\n
DESIRED\/PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t2 years experience or exposure in the sales environment in a managerial\/supervisory role
\n\t1-year experience as a Financial Wellness Consultant\/Coach.
\n\tExperience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management.
\n\tDebt Rehabilitation and Debt Counselling\/consultation experience\/knowledge.
\n\tExperience in organising and scheduling of training and coaching activities.
\n\tEvent planning and marketing skills.
\n\tKnowledge of how to manage and establish corporate relations.
\n\tPassion and desire to assist people in financial distress<\/p>\n
