This will include analyzing order data to identify emerging fraud trends, developing strategies to mitigate these trends, and working closely with Visa\u2019s clients to implement these strategies using a combination of Visa and industry tools.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Consulting Expertise<\/p>\n<p>\tDrives client acceptance by leveraging relationships and strategies that align with RaIS Managed Services goals, automation, and retention objectives<br \/>\n\tRegularly discusses and pursues client goals, demonstrating an understanding in clients\u2019 evolving business strategies<br \/>\n\tContinually builds rapport with clients and the Visa account teams to promote retention and stay ahead of competitive risk<br \/>\n\tAnticipates fluctuations and proactively identifies anomalies with business relationships<br \/>\n\tIs an early adopter of complementary Visa products and offerings and is proactive in learning how to leverage updates and enhancements for Visa and client success<br \/>\n\tAdvocates productively on behalf of the client about product feedback and enhancement requests<\/p>\n<p>Analysis<\/p>\n<p>\tUses Business Intelligence tools to continually highlight client return on investment, aligning acceptance and fraud KPIs with RaIS Managed Services objectives<br \/>\n\tEfficiently adheres to clients&#8217; contractual reporting requirements<br \/>\n\tContributes to the continual enhancement of analytical tools<br \/>\n\tWorks with BI team to enhance current and future reporting capabilities<\/p>\n<p>Solutions Delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tOptimizes client acceptance through increased automation, the use of machine-learning models, efficient use of manual review, and reduced reliance on rules<br \/>\n\tMaintains working knowledge of Visa and partner integrations, order and technical flow, and support resources<br \/>\n\tParticipates in projects and events that advance RaIS Managed Services and Visa success<br \/>\n\tIdentifies and influences clients and internal business partners to explore RaIS Managed Services and complementary Visa product offerings<br \/>\n\tRemains proficient in Visa and partner integrations, order and technical flow, and support resources<br \/>\n\tUnderstands how client strategies and risk configurations potentially impact Visa revenue<br \/>\n\tEvangelizes the value of RaIS and Managed Services by participating in pre-sale and proof of concept engagements<br \/>\n\tEmbodies industry best practices<br \/>\n\tManages projects or processes and provides guidance to colleagues<\/p>\n<p>Communication and Presentation Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tCommunicates independently, professionally, succinctly, and with relevance based on audience and topic<br \/>\n\tCollaborates consistently with internal partners on the status of portfolio<br \/>\n\tShares efficiencies and best practices with colleagues<br \/>\n\tProvides appropriate detail and can confidently communicate at the executive level<br \/>\n\tInfluences others within RaIS Managed Services regarding practices, procedures, and policies<\/p>\n<p>Industry Knowledge<\/p>\n<p>\tBuilds industry knowledge through internal and external resources<br \/>\n\tProactively discusses industry trends and innovations and educates clients on the basics of how payment ecosystems work<br \/>\n\tUnderstands regional risk regulations<br \/>\n\tRemains current on global competitive landscape<br \/>\n\tConfidently consults clients on how payment ecosystems work<br \/>\n\tUses knowledge of competitive landscape to shape solutions delivery<br \/>\n\tReporting Relationships and Interactions<br \/>\n\tThis role reports to the CEMEA RaIS Managed Service Director\/Sr. Manager<br \/>\n\tThis individual will be expected to interact effectively with direct line management and others at a similar level.<\/p>\n<p>Financial and Organizational Scope<\/p>\n<p>\tThis role is an individual contributor executing Visa\u2019s business strategy in region (CEMEA), ensuring that Visa clients (merchants, partners, issuers, and acquirers) can transact confidently using Visa products, working within a global Managed Services team, all working as individual contributors supporting clients in their respective regions.<br \/>\n\tNo responsibility for a budget or cost center.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nThis is a hybrid position.
