\tResponsible for ensuring that quality standards are met through evaluating, implementing firewall requests and incidents for larger complex networks and communication systems that are in alignment with BCX\u2019s standards, as well as supervising direct reports<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tLiaising with and advising the Client IT Manager or ISO on operational security matters.\u00a0
\n\tManaging mitigating actions associated with vulnerability assessments and\/or audits.\u00a0
\n\tImplementation of a security control framework\u00a0
\n\tAct as a primary contact for security operations for a customer.\u00a0
\n\tFacilitate basic security investigations\u00a0
\n\tGuidance on global information security threat trends, new technology solutions and management responses\u00a0
\n\tProvide security risk assessment and advisory services to the customer and BCX\u00a0<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6: 3 year Degree\/ Diploma\/ National Diploma in Information Technology
\n\tOR NQF 4: Grade 12
\n\tAdditional Education -Preferred \/Advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3 years\u2019 experience relevant Network Security experience, 6 years preferable.<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 & 5 years\u2019 experience relevant Network Security experience, ideally more.<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tCISCO
\n\tFortinet NSE 4 or higher an advantage
\n\tHuawei
\n\tCheckpoint
\n\tPalo Alto<\/p>\n
