Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatriculation certification\u00a0
\n\tMust be in possession of a valid and endorsed Code 08 driver\u2019s license
\n\tCompleted relevant freight and logistics courses
\n\tA minimum of three (3) years\u2019 working experience within the Oil and Gas \/ Project \/ Marine sector of the market at Controller level
\n\tA minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years\u2019 experience within the Clearing and Forwarding Industry at Controller level<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMaximize customer satisfaction through co-operation with allied disciplines (Entries, Finance, etc.) and third parties (SACD, Customs, Air Lines, Transporters etc.)
\n\tIdentify and take the appropriate mitigating steps to limit all risk issues
\n\tContinual evaluation on cost savings and process improvement
\n\tTo support the Business Unit Manager and Supervisor in the implement and maintain relevant ISO and operational procedures when required
\n\tEnsure full adherence to the prescribed policies and procedures within the Division
\n\tTransport arrangements; arrange pickup \/ deliveries, packing when instructed by Client
\n\tPrepare, print and collate applicable Shipping documents
\n\tArrange for all required examinations when required
\n\tService Delivery; adhere to and comply with service agreement and utilise all necessary resources available to ensure the best service
\n\tSolving operational problems with Clients and Suppliers<\/p>\n
