Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tInteract with customers in a professional manner and with strict confidentiality within SOP and agreed timelines
\n\tAdministration of scripts and or any other claiming\/capturing related procedure
\n\tAccurate and complete handling of all profiles worked on
\n\tInteract with health care professionals where needed
\n\tProblem solving and follow up of queries<\/p>\n
Duties<\/p>\n
\tInteract with customers via telephone or other means regarding medication and Healthcare Services
\n\tAccurate capturing of scripts received at the Central Pharmacy centre
\n\tHandling of queries regarding prescriptions
\n\tPatient Profile management
\n\tAssist with Chronic authorizations
\n\tLiaison with all other departments
\n\tAd hoc requirements as per operational requirements<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 1 year in the role of Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tFurther Education and Training Certificate Pharmacist Assistance (Essential)<\/p>\n
