\tRPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable and well established renewable energy firm in Gauteng specialising in the Solar PV field, is currently seeking an experienced, committed, and hardworking Solar Sales Representative who can contribute positively towards the success of their business in Johannesburg.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPromote and sell solar energy products and services to residential and commercial customers
\n\tResponsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals
\n\tEducate customers about the benefits of solar energy and provide them with customised solutions that meet their energy needs while maximising cost savings and environmental sustainability<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven track record in sales in the solar or renewable energy industry
\n\tStrong understanding of solar energy systems, their benefits, and the underlying technology
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers
\n\tAbility to deliver persuasive sales presentations and address customer objections
\n\tStrong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets
\n\tSelf-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
\n\tProficient in using CRM tools and sales software for lead management and reporting
\n\tAbility to analyse energy consumption patterns and provide accurate system sizing recommendations
\n\tKnowledge of local regulations, incentives, and financing options related to solar energy is a plus
\n\tA valid driver’s license, own car and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed<\/p>\n
