Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOversee all on-air production including station imaging, jingles, promos, and campaigns
\n\tManage commercial production (ADFAC) for advertising clients, ensuring high standards and fast turnaround
\n\tSupervise studio planning, briefing, and daily workflow
\n\tMentor a team of producers and audio specialists, supporting their growth and delivery
\n\tChampion quality control, creative consistency, and technical excellence
\n\tIntegrate new technologies, platforms, and systems to improve production performance
\n\tCollaborate with Programming, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, and Digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
\n\tRepresent the Production department in meetings, planning sessions, and interdepartmental review<\/p>\n

Required Experience & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Tertiary qualification (NQF 6)
\n\tAt least 8 years in a media, audio production, or broadcasting environment
\n\t3+ years in a team leadership or production management role
\n\tProficiency with ProTools, Zetta, or equivalent production software
\n\tStrong track record producing both station content and commercial material
\n\tExperience working in a high-paced, deadline-driven media environment
\n\tConfident communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally<\/p>\n
