PRIMARY PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThe main purpose of this role is to maintain relationships with existing clients, acquire new clients, grow the book and ultimately, maximise revenue.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe coordination of relationships with and between key stakeholders, when presenting a value proposition and \/ or during the structuring of sales\/deals

\tDiploma in financial related courses

\t2-3 years\u2019 experience in similar withing Banking
\n\tKnowledge of Banking products and channels
\n\tTrack record of understanding the sales cycle<\/p>\n

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n
\tDevelop tailored financial solutions to meet the specific needs of business clients, enhancing client satisfaction and profitability
\n\tActively grow the client base by agreed target of new acquisitions a month in order to achieve the sales target
\n\tProactively cross and upsell to the existing base to grow revenue
\n\tProactively engage the base to retain existing clients
\n\tManage the profit margins through providing clients with comparative information on rates<\/p>\n
CUSTOMER CENTRICITY<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients, understanding their financial goals and business operations.
\n\tAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalised banking services and proactive support.
\n\tProviding relevant timeous solutions to the clients and managing turnaround times
\n\tProviding excellent service that will result in client referrals and new business
\n\tResponding speedily and correctly to stakeholder and client queries.
\n\tAssist the client with innovative ways to gain maximum benefit from the products e.g. offering right product at right time
\n\tEducate clients on the necessary systems \/ processes and digital channels
\n\tTo educate and promote the product offering to clients
\n\tWork closely with internal teams such as credit, operations, compliance, and product specialists to deliver seamless service to clients.
\n\tArrange client visits as agreed with line manager<\/p>\n

\tEnsure on-boarding and signing up client is done in line with Compliance requirements
\n\tProactively manage the FIC review process on client profiles
\n\tKeeping abreast of all compliance requirements such as, (FICA), FAIS, AML, SARB etc.
\n\tEnsure all client interactions, transactions, and documentation comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
\n\tStay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends affecting business clients.
\n\tEnsure that client information is updated in line Compliance requirement
\n\tEnsure client information is kept confidential
\n\tEnsure that CRM is completed timeously
\n\tEnsure all business reports are completed timeously<\/p>\n
