REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMatric and certificate (NQF5) in Risk Management \/ Office Administration.
\n\tMore than 1 to 2 years’ experience in a risk, compliance, audit or governance support role, preferably within a regulated environment or public entity.
\n\tNational Diploma (NQF 6) in Risk Management \/Auditing \/ Compliance is preferred but decree in above and including BCom, BCom Commercial will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS<\/p>\n
Risk register administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and update risk registers and control logs.
\n\tEnsure proper filing and storage of risk-related documentation, including registers, reports, and correspondence.<\/p>\n
Risk Assessment Coordination<\/p>\n
\tSupport the scheduling, minute-taking, and record-keeping of risk workshops, training sessions, and compliance meetings.
\n\tCapturing and circulating the minutes
\n\tDocument workshop proceedings.<\/p>\n
Risk Reporting<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and maintain case files, pleadings, and legal correspondence related to ongoing litigation or disputes.
\n\tLiaise with external legal counsel, ensuring all required documentation is provided on time.
\n\tTrack litigation timelines and key milestones, keeping the Senior Legal Advisor informed.<\/p>\n
Legal Office administration and Stakeholder engagement<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Assist in gathering and compiling risk data from business units.
\n\t\u00a0Responsible for keeping Risk trackers updated and accurate.<\/p>\n
Compliance coordination support<\/p>\n
\tTrack compliance with internal control requirements.
\n\tFacilitate capturing and tracking of key internal controls and self-assessments.
\n\tLiaise with departments for control evidence and verification documentation.
\n\tMonitor and follow up on compliance submissions and outstanding risk mitigation actions.
\n\tResponsible to keep risk register updated and accurate
\n\tInform Compliance Officer of items that require attention.<\/p>\n
