\tDevelop and implement competitive and profitable pricing models across all banking products.
\n\tBenchmark pricing against competitors and market trends to ensure Access Bank remains competitive
\n\tRecommend pricing adjustments based on market dynamics and internal cost analysis<\/p>\n
Profitability Analysis:<\/p>\n
\tLead analysis of customer, segment, and product profitability using activity-based costing and margin analysis.
\n\tIdentify underperforming areas and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue and profitability.
\n\tSupport strategic business decisions with accurate profitability reporting.<\/p>\n
Business Partnering:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with product managers, finance, and sales teams to review and optimize pricing strategies.
\n\tAdvise business units on pricing implications for new products or modifications to existing ones.
\n\tProvide insights into pricing elasticity and customer behavior.<\/p>\n
Financial Modelling and Forecasting:<\/p>\n
\tBuild financial models to simulate pricing scenarios and their impact on margin and revenue targets.
\n\tContribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process with pricing data and assumptions.<\/p>\n
Governance and Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure pricing decisions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
\n\tMaintain documentation and framework of pricing processes and approvals.<\/p>\n
Academic Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Mathematics ; Statistics ; Actuarial Science , Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tA postgraduate qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, MBA) is advantageous<\/p>\n
Work Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5\u20137 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
\n\tStrong background in pricing, profitability modelling, and financial analysis.
\n\tExperience working with product or business teams in a commercial or financial strategy role.<\/p>\n
