\tAre you a qualified CA(SA), AGA, SAIPA, or CIMA professional with 3 to 5 years experience in accounting? Are you looking for flexible, project-based work where you can leverage your expertise in accounting, compliance, and client service?
\n\tWe are looking for freelance Accounting Consultants to support our clients with accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services.<\/p>\n
Job responsibilities will include, among other things:
\nClient Accounting & Tax Compliance<\/p>\n
\tProcess bank statements, supplier and customer bills, fixed assets, and other accounting tasks
\n\tEnsure SARS compliance, including VAT reconciliations, tax calculations, and submissions
\n\tCompile management reports and annual financial statements
\n\tPrepare working papers for independent review engagements
\n\tConduct and review monthly accounting to ensure accurate financial statements
\n\tAssist with payroll processing (EMP201, EMP501, COIDA\/WCA submissions)
\n\tEngage with clients, build relationships, and provide financial advisory support<\/p>\n
Client Support & Advisory<\/p>\n
\tAssist with client budget preparation
\n\tProvide secretarial services, including annual returns, company year-end changes, and board resolutions<\/p>\n
Client Administration & Planning<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate client records in the CRM
\n\tAssist with clients onboarding and offboarding
\n\tPrepare client proposals and project scopes
\n\tManage your own schedule and workload while meeting client deadlines<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tThe ideal candidate for this position will hold a CA(SA), AGA, SAIPA or CIMA or similar professional qualifications. \u00a0They will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting.<\/p>\n
