\tCollect information about a property;
\n\tCanvass for properties to sell;
\n\tArrange for photographs to be taken;
\n\tVisit and talk to the sellers about their property;
\n\tEstimate the value of the property;
\n\tOrganise and attend to show days;
\n\tMarket and promote properties for sale;
\n\tRepresent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers;
\n\tMonitor sales and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other estate agents;
\n\tAdvising clients and help buyers;
\n\tKeeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the general market;
\n\tEnsure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller.<\/p>\n
