KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide Support to internal and External Stakeholders
\n\tAdvising the Contract Administrators in terms of uploading the required documents on to paper trail (DG);
\n\tAttending to queries from internal and External stakeholders within 48 hours;
\n\tEnsuring that if there is a problem with regards to the claims, chambers and units are notified in time.<\/p>\n
Finance Administration<\/p>\n
\tCapturing of invoices onto SAGE X3 for DG and Admin claims;
\n\tCreating Payment batches on SAGE X3;
\n\tPreparing the Finance payment journal;
\n\tAllocating the GL account numbers to different payment requisitions from the chambers and units;
\n\tEnsuring that standard bank proof of payment are extracted and forwarded to the relevant chambers or units;
\n\tAssisting in preparing the Creditors reconciliation;
\n\tAssisting in the filing of all finance documents;
\n\tAssist in the audit process;
\n\tAssist in performing bank reconciliations;
\n\tPerform Asset verification and asset tagging;
\n\tAssist in all other reconciliations and finance related duties.<\/p>\n
RFP System and Project Module<\/p>\n
\tVerifying and Capturing of Admin Payments on RFP system and Project payments on SAGE X3;
\n\tVerifying the DG Contracts Deliverables on paper trail.<\/p>\n
Personal development and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tCompletion of performance appraisals timeously;
\n\tEnsuring continuous development in the finance field;
\n\tTransferring of knowledge to other Finance team members;
\n\tEnsure submission of reports timeously.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Experience and Qualification<\/p>\n
\tM+ 3 in finance or relevant tertiary qualification;
\n\tMinimum: 1 years in finance related roles;\u00a0
\n\tPublic sector experience will be an advantage;
\n\tKnowledge and understand of accounting systems.<\/p>\n
