Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tManaging and delivering the statutory financial reporting for all Group companies.
\n\tPreparation of separate and consolidated IFRS financial statements.
\n\tAnnual tax computations and tax-related disclosures as part of the statutory financial reporting function.
\n\tManagement of the various group external auditors and deadlines.
\n\tProvide advice and support to finance teams on IFRS accounting matters.
\n\tIdentify opportunities to simplify and automate processes while maintaining a high-quality finance function.
\n\tSupporting the finance function with ad-hoc tasks and business improvements.<\/p>\n
\u00a0QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Qualified Chartered Accountant.
\n\tInsurance Industry knowledge and experience is not a requirement but will be favourable.<\/p>\n
