Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Trainee Manager supports the store management and staff in meeting sales goals, customer service targets and operating objectives through execution, coaching and accountability.
\n\tCreate and lead a high performance team that drives sales. Provide strong leadership to the team to execute sales generation, operational and human resources functions in the store to ensure customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability, and compliance with company procedures.
\n\tAssists in managing the store and its employees to ensure all store sales goals are met or exceeded.
\n\tIdentify ways to drive sales generation and ensure action is taken to achieve goals.
\n\tSupport, model, and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick for customers and co-workers.
\n\tEnsure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
\n\tCommunicate merchandise sell-through and market trend information to HQ.
\n\tHandle store level human resources, operational and loss prevention issues with HQ.
\n\tEnsure proper scheduling of staff.
\n\tOpen\/ and or close the store in an effective manner.
\n\tRegular attendance and full time commitment are essential functions of the job.
\n\tPerform additional managerial duties as necessary.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS\/ EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tExcellent customer service skills
\n\tA commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
\n\tBe a fast learner, cheerful, with a positive attitude
\n\tPrevious experience in a retail environment
\n\tKnowledge of retail computer systems, a plus.
\n\tA strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision
\n\tExcellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
\n\tBilingual is a big plus<\/p>\n
