Duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide HIV Testing and Counselling to UFS students.
\n\tProvide support to students where necessary and assist the professional nurse with the support group when necessary.
\n\tAssist with emergency HIV counselling and support when necessary.
\n\tReferrals to professional nurses when necessary.
\n\tPerform other relevant duties as required by the line manager.
\n\tPresent information sessions to the campus community.
\n\tCapture HIV data on tests and counselling done.
\n\tCompile test reports.
\n\tAssist with administrative duties in the department.
\n\tAssist with HIV campaigns on campus.
\n\tAssist on South Campus with HIV counselling and testing.
\n\tTravel independently between Bloemfontein and South Campus.<\/p>\n
Inherent requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or national vocational certificate on NQF Level 4.
\n\tCertificate in HIV testing and counselling (attach a copy).
\n\tOne (1) year\u2019s relevant experience in HIV testing and counselling.<\/p>\n
Recommendations:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious working experience with young adults\/students.
\n\tA valid driver\u2019s license (attach a copy).<\/p>\n
