KEY OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tManagement of theatre stock and equipment charging.
\n\tResponsible for stock control in theatre including optimum stock levels, credits, wastages, expired and aged stock, stock takes, etc.
\n\tResponsible for orientation and supervision of staff where applicable.
\n\tCo-ordinate theatre billing process.
\n\tResponsible for the administration of consignment stock.
\n\tResponsible for maintaining of Theatre charge sheets.
\n\tEnsure client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of Grade 12.
\n\tCommercial\/nursing qualifications is preferable.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 work experience in similar role.
\n\tPrevious experience in a day hospital will be to your advantage.
\n\tKnowledge of surgical & Ethical products, prosthesis and sutures.
\n\tKnowledge of patient administration systems and procedures will be advantageous.
\n\tDemonstrate flexibility in accordance with the operational need within the functional unit.
\n\tAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
\n\tAbility to function independently but also work well within a team.
\n\tAbility to resolve conflict in a constructive manner and negotiate acceptable solutions between stakeholders.
\n\tComputer literacy including Microsoft Office.<\/p>\n
